Junior Legal Administration Assistant – Grenfell

Our client is a locally based Legal Practice with a passionate & dedicated team of professionals that service clients throughout Central West NSW.  Working for our client means working for a company that offers a supportive team environment and plenty of opportunity to grow and develop a long-term career. Our client has a strong focus on building relationships with its clients, staff and the community they live in.

We are currently on the lookout for a Junior Administrator to focus on supporting our Solicitors and Secretarial team in our Grenfell Branch. You will bring your exceptional organisational skills to play a pivotal role in providing administration support the team to ensure they are able to achieve their daily tasks.

Day to day you will work on various administration support tasks such as scanning, filing, maintaining & updating client information in our Legal database, reception coverage, collecting and collating mail and daily banking duties. You will support our Solicitors with diary management, typing correspondence, emails, and Dictaphone typing. You will join a fast paced and team orientated office environment so your ‘can do’ attitude and ability to jump in and perform any kind of administration support task is a must.

If successful, you will be provided with the opportunity to progress and eventually be trained in further legal administration support areas.

To be successful you must have:

  • Experience working in an administration or reception position
  • Strong team working skills and the willingness to take on any task that’s thrown your way
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • A high level of computer literacy and typing skills
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • A professional and engaging personality
  • Strong grammatical and numerical skills
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle would be preferable

The hours of work for this position are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
